Shipping Charges

The shipping price for domestic as well as international clients is included in the product price.

Delivery Area

We deliver within India and to most countries internationally.

Within India, we deliver to all states. Customers from West Bengal and Kerala need to provide certain documents and can contact us for their order on mail@cocooncarpets.com.

Delivery Lead Times

We ship on all weekdays (Monday - Friday), excluding public holidays. Goods will be shipped between 3-5 days of receiving the order after undergoing a thorough quality check.

Documents required for Shipping

For certain orders we won’t be able to ship the order as we require certain documents/declaration from you as this is a mandatory requirement by the government. Orders will be shipped as soon as the required documents will be sent to us. Our customer care representative would get in touch with you for the same.

Track Your Order

Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email with your tracking number. To view the progress of your package please visit TRACK YOUR ORDER under CUSTOMER CARE at the bottom of the website.

Packaging

Our rugs need to be packaged with care to deal with weather elements during transit. Packing charges are included in the product price.
