We reserve the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm your order via email. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true, accurate and complete, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The costs of products are subject to change without notice and at any time.

The list price of our products includes the product price as well as any applicable shipping charges.

Once we have received your payment, the product will be quality checked, packaged and sent out for delivery within 3-5 business days and will be delivered to you within 7-15 business days. Loss or damage in transport from warehouse to point of delivery will be our responsibility and a replacement piece will be shipped to you.

Your credit or debit card will be charged before the goods are shipped out. If for any reason we cannot ship the products as per your order, we will immediately inform you via email and refund the value of the particular product.

Orders once placed are final and cannot be cancelled.

Cocooncarpets.com will accept returns within 7 days of delivery, and only if goods are in their original condition and with a copy of the invoice. The product and it's condition until it is delivered to us is your responsibility. In the event of a loss or damage in transit, a refund will not be given. Sale items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
