With galleries in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Jaipur, and Kolkata, Cocoon offers both contemporary and fresh oriental carpets. Each handmade piece uses natural materials like silk and wool.

Inspired by global travels, Ayush and Smriti's collections blend influences from cities like Barcelona and London. Collaborations include top designers and fashion houses such as Ashiesh Shah and Falguni Shane Peacock.

Ayush Choudhary founded Cocoon Fine Rugs in Mumbai in 2009. He has graduated with dual Undergraduate degrees from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, USA and dual Master's degrees from the London School of Economics, UK.

Smriti Choudhary joined the Cocoon team in 2018 as the Marketing Director. After having finished her Master's in Marketing from the University of Nottingham, U.K, Smriti worked with a leading fashion house in Mumbai as the head of Marketing and PR for over 2 years.
